Is it bad that I've been inspired to make major changes in my life by watching a show about gamers?

Stupid Stupid Google

The resounding implications of me deleting what I thought was a dinky little Google account (one that I had never used once) are still biting me in the ass. Today, trying to log on and check my blog, I was faced with the unpleasant realization that I'd deleted that, too. Everything is so damn interdependent these days, for the sake of "efficiency." When I delete one random Google account, it shouldn't delete my accounts on fifteen other sites. If I wanted one address to manage my online life, I would just always use that web address.

Regardless, I'm creating a new blog. Well, I have. This is it here.

It's hopefully going to be more streamlined and more on the point, which is the most hilarious pipe dream if I've ever heard one. It's going to be extremely off-topic, sporadic, mental at times. All the fun of a blog will be included. I'll try to keep things focused on me, although I can't say they won't frequently drift over into the realm of my snarky observations of random strangers. Those are always really, really fun.
